About Mere

offering virtual therapy in new york

I work with people who feel like they’re too much
and yet not enough, all at the same time.

Many forms of therapy focus on “fixing” what’s wrong, but I believe the real work comes from understanding what’s holding you back from being your true self. In our sessions, we’ll dive into the internal, relational, and systemic patterns that are keeping you stuck, and explore how you can create healthier relationships with yourself and others.

I offer therapy for adults struggling with perfectionism, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ issues, and identity exploration. With empathy, humor, and directness, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself—no matter where you are on your journey. My approach also includes an abolitionist and neuroqueer lens, which celebrates liberation and challenges oppressive societal norms.

Taking the first step toward therapy is a big decision, and I know it can feel overwhelming. To ease some of the stress, I always offer free consultation call to talk through next steps and answer any questions you may have.

I'd love to support you exactly where you are and just as you are, right now.
