At this time, I’m unable to accept in-network benefits.

For clients utilizing out-of-network benefits to receive partial or full reimbursement or those using their Flexible Spending Account, I provide superbills at the end of each month to submit accordingly. If there is a cadence that would work better for you, please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate.

Payment is due at the beginning of the session. Forms of payment accepted:

Every insurance plan has different policies for reimbursement, and it can be helpful to find out what your plan offers before our initial meeting to avoid any unexpected insurance issues. To check for out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask the following:

“Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health (specifically for CPT code 90837)?”

“Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it?”

“What is my coinsurance/ what percentage of my bill will be covered after my deductible is met?”

“How do I submit a superbill?”

Once you have determined that you have out-of-network benefits, you can let me know when you begin sessions. You will be responsible for paying the cost of the session upfront and then I will provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance for reimbursement.
